At our Taichi classes we specialize in group and private classes in the fundamentals of Taichi Qigong and ones overall health in mind body spirit.​​
 
Our aim is teach and share the ancient knowledge of natural healing through Taichi Qigong  in order to  improve your physical, mental and spiritual well being.

WHAT IS TAI CHI QIGONG?
Taichi ia a moving meditative martial art natural  healing exercise that originated in China. Taichi enhances Chi (Energy), tones the body, strengthens the muscles & bones, and calms the mind by reducing stress in your life.

Qigong means to increase and control the development of the body's energy circulation.

Taichi Qigong classes are held 3 times a week  Monday, Wednesday & Friday @ 8pm.
Private lesson classes are held weekly by appointment.
